Mind warp - analyse this

Every time it rains in the city, I undergo a strange feeling. Its not the weather itself making me dreary even though it looks pretty grey outside right now! Its a sort of change in perception, where everything can look very good or very bad.

I feel pretty good today nonetheless, cause its Friday and you can only be glad the sad, hectic week is over and you get a break from it all, for at least 2 days. Unless you love being at work every single minute of every day which makes you very pathetic, in my opinion. ( Unless of course, you work at a cool studio or event location, or in a delicious restaturant where you're the head chef in charge of the yummy savouries).

Good thing it was a four day week, too. I love when we have long weekends- best thing about being Canadian. (Is there another country so generous, look it up and let me know)

So what to do? I must have some sort of plan, but am not sure what will ideally fill up my time.

There's the last 2 days of olympic coverage to get in on and the Closing Ceremony, I hear Muse will perform, wee! I'm not into their goth emo stuff much; and I grew out of Twilight.

I think I may head to the library, as well as Dynamite, shorts ought to be on sale at this time. I'm late catching the boat on that one, barely 4 weeks left of warm weather to get those on. Anyhow! There's always carry over to next year. Usually what happens when I go on a medium-sized spree to buy what's left on the racks, if they will have my modest size 0 or (usually) 2. I dont mind, because whats one year behind in styles? Those gawdawful gladiator sandals are still on everyone's feet, but I hardly care to buy those, never seen how straps all over your ankles make you look sexy, but if its wedge sandals or heels, that's different.

I'm a lazy ass when it comes to shopping, I want to buy what's right in front of me and not go to a gazillion stores. Definitely not your average hardcore bargain hunter. Nhuh.

My next post will be on the pros and cons of evaluating how you should spend your time -well wasted.

Must read!
